Saratoga's All-American Celebration, Inc. is an independent non-profit 501(c)3 organized entirely by volunteers and funded entirely by donations to provide a family-friendly, educational, and historical July 4th experience to local residents and visitors while boosting the economic vibrancy of Saratoga Springs We are not affiliated with nor funded by the City of Saratoga Springs.

Saratoga's All-American Celebration is the 3rd-largest annual event in Saratoga Springs (just behind First Night and Chowderfest.) While our Celebration has grown over ten years in offerings and attendance, it has also grown in expense. The costs of insurance, permitting, fireworks, entertainment, and public services have all increased.
